Pros

Great benefits like 401K and pension after 5yrs. One thing for sure is that customer service is at its best. We as employees treat customer as guests. Promotions are fast if you are hitting your numbers.

Cons

Software is too outdated, we still have to use HOST. Employees have to remembers 10-15 user ids & passwords. Tooooo much focus on HELOCs & credit card applications, not understanding that home values has gone down all over the US but they still want us to do this crime by fooling the general public to take more debt. Bankers are supposed to take 2-3 HELOC app per week.
