Pros
-Great Benefits & Loved their Flexibility, moved up the company quickly but then was stagnated. -Hard to be fired if a bad employee
Cons
-Poor Management, a lot of people who have worked for the company for years will make you do their jobs for them to get higher up the chain. Especially managers who will take credit for you hard work and gloat about you being on their team. When you work hard they keep you in the position you are in and will hire new or promote others who were under performing compared to yourself. Once you show them you work hard, they will gradually add new jobs to your list without additional compensation. Turnover rate was very high as well and felt like you were always hiring new members. -Easy to get in trouble if you are a overall good employee
