Pros

High performance work group and extremely smart people. The people really made the difference as they were very collaborative and really optimized marketing. They generated a lot of work with few resources and were innovative with what they did.

Cons

Bank is out of touch with the market place. Antiquated technology and infrastructure. Processes were very difficult to get anything accomplished. Work - life balance was a challenge.
