Pros
Have to hustle but can make a lot of money doing so even though customer initially have a bad impression of you due to the label that you are a 'sales man'
Cons
Management is trash due to too much hubris and very likely multiple personality disorder. Expect the one manager who is humble. If you are disliked by management they will find ways to unfairly treat you due to the political nature of dealerships in general
