Pros
Pay was good when you sold cars otherwise no pros were directly at the company I honestly don't have anything else to add.
Cons
Long Hours and very stressful time during everything going on with covid. Sales were lacking new management was introduced and conflicts between management with each other as well as between sales staff/ customers and management.
