Pay not representative for the work done. Abysmal leadership Zero work life balance Discriminatory People abandoning ship like never before. To include senior leadership. Almost as if they are trying to get people to quit to reduce headcount and ultimately reduce salaries. Management told we were lucky to even still have a job during Covid so do t complain about not getting a raise. Promotions based on kissing butt and being a yes man. You can go work for the trucking industry and make more. All about numbers and metrics. Could care less about the employees or customers as long as any sort of profit is shown. Those being promoted are absolutely clueless. Do not work for this company. They entice you with a 6 figure salary but what they don’t tell you is it will cost everything about you. Home life, mental illness, stress and ultimately your soul.
