Pros to working here unfortunately don’t exist anymore.

Leader promotions are undeservingly given to those that are liked or those that will be clones of higher level, poor leaders. Employees are overworked and undervalued. Employee morale is the lowest of the low and the leadership’s stance is “nothing to see here folks”. Diversity initiatives are a joke and they should simply abandon the effort since no one believes its core to their values. The company instead values those that look like, sound like and act like the company leaders. Salary and benefits have declined and working here is now just a job where there used to be a sense of pride. It really is shameful.
