Opportunity to move up, clear pipeline to become Wealth Manager after years of work.
Cons
Turnover became an issue, and work is always extremely busy. Turnover causes more work in the interim but opportunities to move up. Also, became clear that they were instilling rules to keep employees in the entry level position for set amounts of time, 2 years at Client Service Analyst, another 2 years as Senior CSA, before can move on to become an Associate Wealth Manager. Four years in that CSA role is simply too long and results in burnout.
