The team working UNDER Senior Management / UNDER Director Level. - This team works extremely hard and really cares for each other. They care about each other, take pride in their work, and care about the client's needs
Cons
The Senior Managment at the AOS Document Solutions are abominable. Never in my lifetime, I have seen such an us vs them mentality. There are a few in Senior Management who think they are better than everyone else - they feel they are the haves and are very entitled. They do not respect the people that work for them and rarely show any compassion or consideration. A Managing Director has been known to get drunk at multiple client functions, been PC'd, and bailed out by a client due to intoxication - but yet there were no consequences.
