Pros
Nice environment and nice people. on the whole, it is a civilized place to work. Good work/life balance. full benefits package dental/vision/health etc.
Cons
They keep firing everybody. You dont know from day to day if you have a job whether you have been there for 15 years or 15 days. Bureaucracy is insane to the point where you cant get anything done. IT is useless. Low salaries. Health insurance premiums are surprisingly expensive and take a big chunk out of your paycheck. company has a policy where you cant have a side job without formal permission - you can get fired if you work weekends at macy's or if you have a side gig fixing computers in your garage. I have never seen anyone successfully get another job within the bank.
