no expectations of performance. the company's business model only relies on gains from interest rates.
Cons
favoritism runs rampant at this firm. managers can knock up employees with no repercussions, clients are treated very badly (case in point the bridgewater outsourcing debacle), promotions/pay raises are only obtained after 1-2 years of nagging. you are made to feel that you are lucky to have a job and can be replaced at any minute
