Going downhill - Anonymous employee BNY Employee Review

Where do I start? Been here for 5 years and every day is worse than the day before. What a sham of a company. They pretend like employee focus is important, but it's a smoke in mirrors kind of game. All they care about are share holders, which coincidentally, happens to be a large portion of upper management, interesting, eh? And I like talents response on here to people's criticism,"we have a hire rate of hiring from within", yes because you pay internal hires SIGNIFICANTLY less than those who come from elsewhere. Give me a break.
