      Pros

      Good Benefits. Decent work / life balance for most.

      Cons

      What they are doing is unethical! Stay away if you can. Management is told to lay off people twice a year. Each person on the team is graded against each other. The people with the least amount of experience and/or less face time with management are targeted for layoffs. Then employees are replaced by cheaper offshore contractors.

      Pros

      Benefits are ok, sick and PTO time are good.

      Cons

      Got hired at a certain salary and was told that with all the OT I would be allowed, I would be at where I needed to be with my salary. 6 months in they took OT to a minimum. Promotions and raises are pretty much nonexistent. Everything is getting automated and/or being given to India. Hybrid but forced to be in office 4 days
