Pros
Some technology groups have high energetic staff; talented and very capable. But they’re suppressed and isolated. Charlie.Scharf (CEO) has good intent for the company by targeting bureaucracy and making people “work” rather than work their relationships/politics for self-gains.
Cons
Lack of good technical talent at Sr Management Level. Too much cronyism amongst the Sr. managers. They’re collectively ill-minded and don’t work for the organization. Just working to promote their self interests and not worry about project delivery.
