      Had the opportunity to work with many great people who were good at their jobs.

      Cons

      Poor communication starting at the top. The healthcare benefits are awful. Pension no longer funded. No efforts to bring in or develop new technologies. Constant fear of being displaced. Open floor plans with no privacy. Minimal opportunity for advancement.
