Pros
Pay is decent for the level and there are some good people to work with and be around.
Cons
Constant re-orgs leading to mass layoffs each quarter. No one knows what they want to do and nobody can make up their minds. When it comes time to actually making decisions, instead of leveraging the talent they have, they lay everybody off and hire from the outside...new employee onboarding was basically non-existent. There were previously 10+ layers in the organization so barely anything got done and messaging from top-down was also non-existent. There are so many old and manual processes and nobody ever seems to care how outdated they are...all talk and no action. So many workarounds and “excellence programs” in place to provide structure but in the end actually creates more duplicative work and lots of discrepancies. They think they are super innovative and act like a technology company but it’s all just a facade. Employee engagement and morale is low and there is an extreme culture here where it’s more important to show face than it is to get things done.
