Pros
Not many come to mind. You will basically have your first month getting paid to do absolutely nothing as you will not have access to any of the programs/software you use. Overall work life balance has been fairly decent, but with high employee turnover it is becoming less and less.
Cons
Poor management, you dont get updated on many things happening within the team unless you hear from someone else when it should be coming from a manager. In the time I have been with my team I have seen a fairly high number of employees leaving the company which is something I have never experienced in the many companies I have previously worked at. Compensation is fairly low compared to competitors to the point that they will start you on the same salary as someone with zero experience starting at the same time as you. And the office culture varies from team to team, unfortunate for me, my team has no culture.
