Collaboration between teams. Colleagues are always willing to help. Paid time for volunteering
Cons
Constant round of layoffs. Employees who remain are left scrambling to get work done without a clear direction from management about who should do the work of the people who are no longer there. Most current employees are looking for a job because layoffs are not due to performance issues. Even the previous CEO, Charlie Scharf left.
