      None Do not waste time by working here.

      Cons

      Slavery. Only Asians are preferred No diversity Long work hours. Managers call after hours and ask you to finish work. Too much of micromanagement. They track what you do every minute Saturday work is almost mandatory. Out dated technologies.

      Work life balance is good for the most part.

      Cons

      Everyone in upper management (including our CEO) has come from JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs while employees who have worked at BNY for 20+ years are not being chosen for promotion opportunities. Looking to juniorize the company yet give zero training and support for analysts starting out. The culture has completely changed over the last few years, looks like a different company.
