Pros
It looks ok on a resume when you leave. Most people who work here get fed up with the amount of work while also being paid below average salaries with below average benefits. They lie and say the benefits make up for the salary, it doesn’t.
Cons
Teams are understaffed but have constant high volumes. Upper management takes it out on the employees. Despite being told they are understaff they continue to have layoffs increasing everyone’s volume until someone else gets overwhelmed and they get “laid off”too. They have annual layoffs sometimes semiannual. There is 0 growth, worked with colleges who had the same position for 5 years and was on her way out. I only saw one person get a promotion in my 3 years there and that was at the beginning.
