Pros
The benefits are honestly pretty solid, and there's an active interest at a company wide level to give back to the community. Employees, in general, are encouraged to volunteer their time and resources to help their local communities. Broadly, the company has great goals, and a great vision for the future.
Cons
When it comes down to the pursuit of the vision on a more localized level, individual departments can and do falter at a very noticeable level. Poor management and poor leadership can create situations where work-life balance becomes a dream, and Sacrifice For the Needs of the Client becomes the mantra of the department. From a personal perspective, it's driven out a lot of good employees, with few replacements and too late to make a difference.
