Not a meritocracy, non-existent pay raises. Very political, hierarchical, and bureacratic organization. Lazy managers and unmotivated employees take advantage while hard workers pick up the slack is what the corporate culture seems. If you're a high performer you'll be stuck doing most of the work. You'll get the same pay raise as those who do little or no work so there's really no incentive. Your fruits of your labor may never be realized. Slow and out-dated prop systems. No career path. No growth. Stubborn and selfish management. CHEAP company (advice to management may explain more as to why). Poor communication to its employees.
