Good employee benefits. Invests a lot in employee trainings. Pays out very good bonus to its employees.
Cons
Lack of recognition for work. Very difficult to get growth internally. Managers usually prefer to hire candidates from outside rather than develop and promote internal people. Managers usually don't remove employees who are under performers. The load of their work deliverables falls on others leading to unhappiness and demotivation. Lack of opportunities to work from different geographical locations. There are instances where employees complained to the HR about their middle level managers, however HR does'nt take any action and surprisingly the employee who complaints is removed, so pathetic. This happnens even when the senior management is aware of all the facts.
