Pros
They invest in providing the "best possible candidate experience", and claim to be "dedicated to the continued enhancement of our recruitment processes". That's all fine and dandy, but they should be dedicated to RETAINING their qualified employees
Cons
They are only good for interviewing practice. Once you begin working there, you will quickly realize that the company does NOT care about you or your career advancement. Employee retention & recognition is pathetic They are notorious for being CHEAP, and pay their employees well under market value
