Low pay Hybrid/Flex schedule rapidly going away. Value and priority is on overseas sub-contracting and low-cost regions. Layoffs after first quarter of every year. Forced bell-curve on performance evaluations. No one gets rated a 1, but someone HAS to get a 3 or less. Low pay.
