Pros
Good benefits. Amazing parental leave.
Cons
Sadly, leadership is now pitting you against your peers with performance reviews and so many on the team must meet a "below expectations" even when employees are meeting expectations. So direct supervisors must find reasons for you to rank you below. For an instance, an error you made in January that could be super small, shows up on your end of year in December although the individual has improved and remedied the area of development. You need to watch your back at every turn and ensure you don't go against the flow. Drink the koolaid if you want to stay but always have something in your back pocket because you never know when your time is up. Your supervisors fear for their own jobs so they simply go along with toxic decisions.
