      Benefits are good, but growing increasingly expensive

      Cons

      Extremely political; management cares nothing about their employees whatsoever. Years of service, years of experience mean nothing at all - no loyalty whatsoever. Much more concerned about whether something looks good on paper than if it will work in the "real world".

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
