Pros

I love the culture at BOKF. In the Tulsa area I don't think there is a better employer from a cultural perspective.

Cons

When they promote internally, the pay increases are significantly smaller than they would be for an external hire. Individuals have to leave the company to maximize earning potential.

Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
