Pros

Nice office, friendly upper management, clear lines of communication

Cons

Basically have to teach yourself the job, coworkers were never at office because they weren’t required since had been there longer. This makes it really difficult to try and learn or have any help. Best place to work if you DON’T want a team but be on your own.

Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
