      Pros

      Benefits are good (insurance, 401(K), time off) and there are several opportunities to volunteer in the community. Pay is decent, but not as good as most of its competitors. Coworkers are generally friendly. Dress code is laid back and casual.

      Cons

      BTC location is pretty terrible. It's a sea of grey cubicles with no natural light. No privacy and break rooms are dingy.

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
