BOKF is a strong regional bank with a great corporate culture for being in the "traditional" banking industry. The bank has a great leadership team who is committed to their clients, growth, talent development, and serving the local communities. The chairman is a large philanthropist who focuses much of his time and money on the local communities.
If pursuing a career on the banking side, I would highly highly recommend the ACT program, which offers excellent training, professional development, and exposure to many senior leaders and executives.
Overall, BOKF is a great place to work with a perfect blend between the feel of family-style community banks and the hard and fast nature of the money-center banks. If you are professional, competent, and hardworking, you will fit right in!
