      Pros

      Employees are able to progress within the company and encouraged to do so. This is a diverse organization however with a lot of traditional values. Always looking for ways to improve and build with an eye on compliance and control. I am able to work like an entrepreneur with the bank support behind me.

      Cons

      We don't offer some of the products and programs that the bigger banks are able to.

      Great culture and co-workers. Great managers and employee support.

      Wish more opportunities for overtime were available.

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
