      Pros

      BOK really cares about their employees and the surrounding communities! They value the opinions of their employees and treat them with respect. They invest in proper training of all employees. They participate highly in several non-profit organizations, such as Junior Achievement and Salvation Army.

      Cons

      I wish they would expand into other parts of Texas so I could be closer to my family. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing about where I work.

      Wish more opportunities for overtime were available.

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
