      Pros

      When I was hired I was embraced with open arms. I'm blessed to work for a phenomenal leader who walks the walk and talks the talk. My boss is open to my ideas, even if she doesn't always implement them. They truly care about the communities they serve. Employee engagement is a big priority. A lot of promotions happen within and they encourage internal mobility. People are genuine and do care and want to help one another achieve their goals and dreams.

      Cons

      Teams are run very lean. It takes an act of congress to add an FTE. The bank does not have name recognition in all markets it serves which makes it harder to attract talent.

      Great culture and co-workers. Great managers and employee support.

      Wish more opportunities for overtime were available.

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
