Pros
Finding an employer that has a resourceful and thoughtful management team can be difficult to find as managers very rarely leave a company. In my some of my work experiences over the last two decades, the more tenured a manager is, the more complacent they become in their role. While introducing change in the workplace is rarely welcomed with open arms by employees, change is needed for the growth of the company and the end changes benefit the employees and clients. The HomeDirect Management team is very nimble when making changes and they move thoughtfully and quickly and are constantly communicating with the operations and sales team. If you have additional questions or concerns, management is always willing to discuss with honesty and integrity and they demand the same of their teams. It's a very positive work environment.
Cons
Working from home is allowed, but not necessarily embraced by all managers.
