The company works diligently to identify and cultivate their employee's strengths in order to strategically position them within the company. BOK Financial promotes from within and provides a fantastic work environment by utilizing, empowering and rewarding it's employees which directly impacts it client's in a positive way.

      Cons

      Depending on the area it can sometimes be challenging to understand the responsibilities of the other lines of business. BOK Financial has worked to provide various programs and opportunities to help it's employees understand the lines of business and how they impact each other.

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
