      Pros

      The ACT program is great! We are exposed to all of the senior leadership within the company and spend time getting to know about their career paths. You are trained in every area of wealth before getting placed in a job which was great for someone like me who wasn't exactly sure where my strengths would fit into the company. On top of the excellent training, you are able to spend time getting to know the other ACT associates which provides leverage as we launch into careers.

      Cons

      Spending a year waiting to have a real job can be tiring. Every day is like an interview with a potential new employer.

      Wish more opportunities for overtime were available.

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
