      Pros

      BOK Financial cares about the community and employee growth above anything else. The company itself makes financial contributions but employees give their time to giving back and a lot of it. Volunteering, a strong leadership team, and internal growth opportunities will keep me at the bank long term.

      Cons

      While banking in general is typically more conservative, I would like to see BOKF be more progressive and open to new ideas.

      Wish more opportunities for overtime were available.

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
