Great local management, poor corporate decisions - Trust Associate BOK Financial Employee Review

The corporate management was not the best; they often made decisions that showed very little understanding of the actual processes within the local teams. They were very much a corporate monolith, with no human feel. They tried to shift responsibility for lack of engagement to the local management, which was unfair to the amazing local managers. Lack of engagement was due solely to the company requiring everyone to do more work with less people and less support. They put their profit ahead of their people. Also, training was almost nonexistent.
