      No one pays attention to what you do on a day to day basis, bonus structure

      Cons

      No one pays attention to what you do on a day to day basis, pay is way below market, and since no one pays attention to what you or others do on a day to day basis, your pay will never reflect your performance. They only base pay on time in seat at company and time in baking overall - not a good way to go. There are also little to no upward growth opportunities.

      Wish more opportunities for overtime were available.

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
