      Pros

      Not super crazy with sales pressure, nice management and they try to be transparent with company changes

      Cons

      They make you work in the call center for several days a week, really down play this when you’re hired, but it’s a call center. There are also very little opportunities to move up, as they have 3 job titles per branch and very few back office jobs.

      Great culture and co-workers. Great managers and employee support.

      Cons

      Wish more opportunities for overtime were available.

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
