Pros
The people in the Denver offices are fantastic to work with. The salary in the commercial department is competitive, and they've proven they're willing to retain talent who look elsewhere for better compensation. The team I work with are skilled and respectful of one another. We can count on one another to assist when anything comes up.
Cons
Management doesn't seem genuine when you discuss stresses and other issues going on. Especially when talking about anything outside of work, I've been told directly to "just make sure it doesn't affect your work" with no type of sympathy for the issues I've been having. Other managers have been great, but recent changes have brought out some resentment from me.
