      Job stability, decent pay and benefits, opportunities for community involvement

      Cons

      Corporate environment, old school processes. Not a lot of diversity in executive leadership. People get promoted based on time at the company, not qualifications to lead. They can't retain talent so there's a lot of turnover in high-demand disciplines.

      Wish more opportunities for overtime were available.

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
