      Great company with great people that all work towards common goals. Company offers all the forms of lending options from personal to business options

      Cons

      Lacking in some tools that would allow me to better market towards potential clients. No real opportunity for career growth in my field.

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
