The only cons I can think of are the following: -other financial institutions in the area pay more for a starting position with the same duties, but I do also consider the culture of the company and BOK has an amazing culture. -Max of 2 days working remote - previous financial institutions allowed me to come and go from the office at my discretion, with the option of every day working from home. My other company also issued out a full set of remote equipment that we had to sign for, but BOK does not. I recognize the cost a company this large would take for doing this, but it would still be something nice to have instead of providing your own monitors, adapters and such. As far as Benefits - They have addressed this in a Town Hall meeting, employees who make a lower salary pay less out-of-pocket for things such as medical, while the employees who make just above starting pay and above pay more than other places of employment. Access to Medical care is not limited, it is just a higher cost out of pocket than anywhere else I have worked.
