I have worked at BOK Financial for five years. In the time here, I have had two promotions and an opportunity to work in another line of business. Having worked for a highly toxic culture previous to my time at BOKF, I was hesitant to take the opportunity but am so glad I did. I genuinely feel that I work for nice and honest people who want to do right by their employees, despite no organization being perfect.
