Racist hiring practices - Anonymous employee BOK Financial Employee Review

They won’t hire Native Americans; even if they meet the minimum requirements of the lowest grade jobs. Almost all of the employees at BOK Financial are from the white demographic. They have fake diversity and inclusivity trainings and a group. Just to keep up appearances. Many of the managers and lower employees are computer illiterate. The training for any of their positions is a joke as they basically fired their entire training team to cut costs. People only work here due to nepotism.
