      Pros

      There was one time I remember the mortgage department bought lunch for the staff. That is my only highlight for the entire year I worked there.

      Cons

      Management, Micro-managing, no respect reciprocated, and belittling. They expect you to push above and beyond and then they treat you as if you are still not doing enough. No lunch breaks OR regular breaks given; there were many times my coworkers and I would have to skip to "take one for the team."

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
