Working for Treasury Services was the worst experience I have ever had in my career. The amount of pressure and stress I had to endure on a regular basis far surpassed anything I've ever encountered compared to other fast paced work environments. Everything you do is constantly tracked under a microscope, and your performance is measured by a scorecard with unfair expectations when you're overworked. Escalations to other departments were sometimes dismissed or met with pushback, probably due to similar staffing issues.
