Pros
Company has no idea how to value talent or experience (and can't get anyone to stick around) so it’s likely you’ll get a desperate offer A lot of great people work here. There's a great camaraderie among the individual contributors which you develop from collectively experiencing the trauma of working for this company.
Cons
As others have noted, the company consistently requires new hires to write a glassdoor review within weeks of joining the company. Company prefers to hire from outside rather than promote from within, so in addition to not getting promoted, expect to see new execs constantly joining, getting up to speed and then leaving once they realize what a dumpster fire it is. It's an open secret that multiple executives are extremely abusive. Business model is based on people not realizing they've signed up for a subscription and then forgetting to cancel. Leadership actually compares the company to Facebook on a regular basis.
